Returns Policy

I want to exchange or return the product.

  • You have 90 days from the date your product was purchased to return or exchange it, if it is defective.
  • Product Sets & Collections cannot be separated to return. Full set must be returned for exchange/credit.
  • Hostess free & 1/2 off items can be exchanged for equal or lesser value.
  • Incentives, bonus gifts, contest prizes cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Form.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded. If you are returning a non-defective product, you will be required to pay return shipping fees.
  • If you wish to exchange the product, you may place a new order, independent of the return process.
  • The minimum shipping fee applies for all exchanges.

The product I received is not the product that I ordered.

  • You have 15 days from the date your order was placed to report the error to Customer Service.
  • Once the claim has been received and approved, we will, at your preference, replace the product or issue a refund. If you request a refund, your original method of payment will be credited.
  • We will send a postage-paid return label for you to return the wrong product to us, or will credit back shipping to you.
  • If you request a replacement product, we will ship it to you free of change.

The product is damaged.

  • You have 15 days from the date your product was ordered to contact Customer Service.
  • You will be asked to provide a digital photo to Customer Service to document the damage.
  • Once we receive the photo, we will send a replacement product to you free of charge.

I've decided I don't want to be a Tealightful Consultant. Can I return my kit?

  • You have 30 days from the date your kit was delivered to return the kit.
  • All returned products must be in their original packaging, in saleable condition.
  • Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Form.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded. You will be required to pay return shipping fees.
